The Studio
Small team,
serious craft.
Teralis Interactive was founded in Nagpur with one rule: ship games we would want to play, made honestly. We are independent, we are small, and we treat that as an advantage — every decision is close to the people who make it.
Principles
Craft first
If a mechanic is not compelling in gray-box, it never reaches production. Polish is a requirement, not a phase.
Players before metrics
We design for the person holding the controller — not for a retention chart or a store algorithm.
Transparency by default
Delays, bugs, bad calls — when something goes wrong you hear it from us plainly, with the actual reason.
Sustainable pace
No crunch. Not as a perk — as an engineering constraint. Rested teams build better worlds.
Origin
Built in Nagpur,
aimed at the world.
We chose to build from central India, not despite it. The games industry keeps proving that world-class work can come from anywhere — we intend to be one more proof, with our name on it.
How a world gets made
Concept
A world starts as one strange question worth forty hours of play.
Prototype
Gray-box fast. The core loop earns its art budget or it dies.
Production
Systems, narrative and art built in parallel under real performance budgets.
Ship & live
Launch is the midpoint. We keep worlds alive with updates shaped by the community.
