GILTWANE
The Sunder Crown broke. You are the Uncrowned, and you have come back to take the shards.
Four Regents hold four Crown Shards. Every shard you reclaim makes you stronger and makes you less yourself.
Arrows are not found, they are earned: four sword hits buy one arrow, healing costs three. You cannot turtle and you cannot snipe. The whole combat system hangs off that one rule.
Beat a Regent and you pass judgment on it. Consume, Bind, or Relinquish. Dominion and Mercy are independent axes, not two ends of a slider, and they decide which of eight endings you reach.
29 hand-authored rooms across six regions. 5 bosses, three phases each. 14 enemy types, 7 missions that only exist because of choices you made, 36 achievements. 75 to 110 minutes per run.
Made strangely: all 48 models are generated by a Python script in Blender, every sound and all thirteen music themes are synthesised at runtime, and the whole thing is under 4 MB. Plays in your browser. No download, no account.
